Report a bug
Tell us:
- your phone model and its iOS or Android version;
- the PurPace version (Profile, at the bottom) and the app language;
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead;
- a screenshot, if you can. Please hide anything private first.
Report inappropriate content or behaviour
To stop someone reaching you straight away, block them: open the friend in Together and choose Block. They are removed as a friend, can’t send you invitations or encouragements, and won’t see anything about you. They aren’t sent a notification.
To report a person, or a display, circle or challenge name, email us with the subject "Report". Include the name shown in the app, the circle or challenge if there is one, and what happened. Screenshots help. We review reports and may remove a name or end an account under our Terms of Use.
Account and privacy questions
Our Privacy Policy explains what is stored and who can see it. To change what friends see, go to Together, then Privacy. To delete your account, follow these steps. For anything else, including a copy of your data, email us.
Mistakes in dhikr or Quran content
If you notice a mistake in a dhikr text, a transliteration or a surah or reciter name, please tell us. Quran data provided by Quran.Foundation.
